      Pros

      Great coworkers. Going above and beyond to help each other succeed - given you won't find any support from managers or directors.

      Cons

      You, nor your manager will know what's going on. Decisions are only made by executives and trickle down at a last-minute's notice leaving everyone scrambled and confused with questions that won't be answered. There is no opportunity for promotions given the criteria change daily. You're treated as a number, not a person.

      -transparency -good work experience -great benefits

      Cons

      -Great environment to be around if you're white (they preach diversity and inclusivity but in truth don't practice it, not full circle) -Even when you're hitting your numbers, they'll put pressure on you for the next month -Would preach mental health, work/life balance...then a VP sends odd emails reminding people certain dates, (i.e. December 21-24) are considered working days -You're just another rep, like any other tech company or any other sales role
