Pros

The best reason by far is flexibility of the schedule. The location i worked was 144th and center in omaha but i think that same principle is associated with every store. The menu was reasonable both in price, and variety. And then theres the beer tour.....WOW. I learned so much about defferent beers and brewing processes, it blew both my mind and the regular customers i saw many times a week. I enjoyed working here. :)

Cons

as with any tipped position, what you make in tips is what your paycheck is. If you can manage your money well, it will be a good fit tho.

Pros

Great way to meet new people! For hosting, $8/hr + tips for delivery's and to-go orders, which can add up so you're bringing anywhere from $10-$40 extra a night just from tips.

Cons

Scheduling gets messed up a lot. Working on days that you schedule off, with out being asked if you are able to work. You have to be a people pleaser constantly. Customer always has to be satisfied.

I enjoyed most of the workers I worked with, I enjoyed most of the regulars that came in, too. Decent money, however there were times where I did not make that much money.

Cons

In my opinion, I felt the managers lack education background to running a restaurant or business. I felt this went all the way up to the regional managers.
