Pros

Growth potential is great, concept, food quality, and standards are acceptional. The company will only get better because of a recent sale to Craft Works. Really GREAT foundation, just needs improvement in GM standards.

Cons

Anyyone can become a GM thus leading to potential for an undereducated leader. Long hours with the transition but well worth the improvements.

Pros

Flexible schedule, ability to make decent money in a short time, good food, good beer, pretty good group of people to work with.

Cons

Open very late, so if you have to work nights you could be up well past two. If you don't like beer you will get annoyed with questions you can't answer.
