Thought the management was going to be easy to communicate with based of interview but ended up being a joke.

Lack of communication and doesn't keep word. Applied when was looking for a flexible job because of my school schedule. At both the interviews (applying for server position, they made me start out as a hostess) I was completely forward about going on an upcoming vacation and gave them the dates right at the interview to make sure it wouldn't be an issue. Both managers recieved a piece of paper with my availability due to school and that trip. They scheduled me only one day and the rest on the days I was gonna be gone, I told them about it and they said it was not a problem and they would call me with new dates to come in (I don't have access to the online schedules yet). They never called me with the schedule amd the times I called it was not available. I was also called and bugged by 2 other hostess while on my trip saying the manager wanted them to call me and that I was supposed to be there for a shift, when all of us were under then understanding of me going out of town.
