Pay raises each year you progress in school (Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, Senior). Great work atmosphere and environment. They believe that school comes first, so opportunities are allotted for time off when needed.

Cons

Limited to working no more than 20 hours a week. Hourly pay is new minimum wage.
