Hands down the worst job and company I've ever worked for. If you want a job where you're underpaid, overworked, overwhelmed, and burned out everyday, this is the position for you. Furthermore, there are a lot of racist employees at this company, especially AVPs. I guess this is what happens when you have hundreds of people working in a company but less than 1% are black. You're expected to learn and grasp how to do atleast 10-15 things in a very short amount of time; Usually a couple of months. Also, its always very busy. Procedures and how to do things changes all the time, will have to update notes multiple times a week. The starting pay is around $20 an hour. They hire temps from time to time to help then stop. If you're currently employed with another company and get an offer, do not take this job.
