Pros

Olema pays 100% premiums for employees and employee dependents. They offer a hybrid model, where we only need to go into the office twice per week. The data from our clinical trials has been so positive. I know I am a part of something important.

Amazing mission focused on huge unmet need in treating breast cancer. Super smart people and fun, motivational work environment.
