The company is set up for success with a great leadership team that span experiences from companies of all sizes, so they understand the current state and where we are going. I had a reasonable onboarding experience which got me up to speed quickly while giving me enough room to learn before taking full ownership of my organization. The company has the resources and is willing to invest in its people and tools to set us up for success. Work life alignment is embedded into the culture.

Typical cons you'd see in a hyper-growth company that is still establishing itself. If someone is not comfortable with ambiguity then would find it hard.
