      The only reason to work here. Pay.

      Cons

      The worst factor is scheduling. The company loves to punish their workers with a rotating shift schedule that runs; Midnights, Afternoons, Days. At first glance it doesnt seem like much, but it messes with your body's Circadian Rhythm. That leads to things to things like Sleep Apnea, Accidents, Diabetes, bad working conditions, attendance problems.

      Good work, great people to start off your career. There are a lot of corporate bs you need to get through to move up

      Cons

      They will overwork you if they want to. There aren’t too many opportunities to move up in Freeport
