Not all employees convey the professional and respectful standards the company prides itself on. More project focused than employee focused (very disconnected and impersonal to new hires). Have to work your way up the chain, not always a team atmosphere at times, need to adapt at a fast rate. Be local to work there to be as flexible to to them, flexibility is limited to employees work-life balance.

Where do I start? If you scroll through all the older posts you probably already know how toxic and old school this place is. We will need at least few pages to list out all the cons. But picture stuff, this place is run by worst people you can find in the industry. You won’t be trusted, compensated or included unless you act or speak in certain way. The most pathetic people are probably those who thinks that are “in the club” when they are actually not. These uncle toms contributed the oppressive structure more than anything in this place. Also watch out for the women in leadership because they all carry a motherly facade while mastering backstabbing. So there you go, I guess no enough reviews in this world is going to stop you from coming anyways. After all, it’s your journey, your time to waste, your lesson to learn. So have fun, honey.
