Still producing some amazing work, especially in cultural markets. Lots of excellent designers, great office space and technical resources. Weekly social activities.
Cons
The company has expanded very rapidly - both in number of employees and amount of new work - and it seems both internal organization and quality control have suffered for it. The design partners seem checked-out and principal-level managers are overworked, and distracted by internal "initiatives," leaving mid-career and junior designers adrift. The staffing and hiring teams don't seem to communicate well, and projects are often given staff who are over- or under-qualified for the tasks at hand. Overall, a lack of clarity of roles and responsibilities, and poor internal communication.
