      No room for growth. Too small of a company for advancement. Unless nursing is your future career, there is no room for growth.

      Wonderful colleagues, 4:1 patient to nurse ratio during day shift, supported by charge nurses and other staff.

      Cons

      A lot of the experienced nurses left during covid so we have a very young (but not as experienced ) work force.
