Pros

Everyone is very welcoming. Like any place you have to work but you receive recognition. They are constantly looking for innovative ways to do things in their industry. The CEO, President, and Senior Management team are so approachable. I also have a wonderful boss who I can share ideas with. Overall it is a great company to work for. They have employee events such as holiday party, annual picnic, Thanksgiving potluck, and monthly events where everyone gets to enjoy. The benefits are very excellent.

Cons

I have not found one yet. I have to write in here because Glassdoor requires a twenty word minimum for their Cons section.

Great Benefits and Growth Potential for creative, hard-working, career-minded individuals in all areas, including but not limited to technology and creative media.

Cons

Like any company with challenging goals, we continue to learn and evolve as we grow. Our company is not for those who prefer the status quo. We continue to add structure as we grow, but we choose to remain nimble - prepared to take on new challenges, which isn’t for the feint of heart.

I've been so far at the company for almost a year. I love the company culture and innovation. I was recently transfer from our offices in Puerto Rico to our headquarters in West Palm Beach, FL due to hurricane Irma and Maria. Company senior staff and employees were amazingly cooperative and ver supportive. I'm extremely grateful to work here.
