Pros

TDD pair programming. Laid back atmosphere, healthy lunches. Downtown SF. Great engineering team, but product and design are disconnected. Small teams.

Cons

B2B product with less connection to the end user. Management is bottom up pleasing, no strategy, swinging big, but no cigar.

Everyone is pushed everyday to positively affect people's lives and health. Great support and collaboration between orgs and strong vision from the CEO. Wins are celebrated and shared as well as feedback and improvement opportunities, which adds to the culture of transparency.

Cons

Some necessary organization changes have been made recently, which can be touchy, but Omada has done a great job to preserve culture and continues to work for excellent employee engagement.

I am grateful to work with such Intelligent, humble, kind, hardworking people. There is a wonderful work-life balance (flexibility and unlimited PTO). The mission is beyond meaningful and the collaboration between teams is fantastic. Senior Leadership is amazing: accessible, intelligent, kind, humble and driven to make things better for all people - they truly understand true success is not a zero sum game!

Cons

At times there can be a anxiety around mistake and disagreeing opinions. Can innovation really happen if things aren't a little messy?
