      Amazing Engineering Culture

      Pros

      Omada's engineering team is full of kind, hard-working, and humble individuals. Engineering leadership is full of fantastic engineers in their own right that just "get it". There is a huge emphasis put on diversity, and the culture of pair-programming makes it a great place for mentorship. Oh, and it doesn't hurt that your work improves peoples' lives in very tangible ways.

      Cons

      Omada's engineering work isn't "glamorous". If you want to use crazy new technologies or push the boundaries of what is possible, this isn't the place for you.

      Pros

      Every person who works at Omada cares--about health, about access, about design, about quality. You're in a room with genius minds who are happy to be working together on something important. The vibe is collaborative and independent. We work together and support each other, but every person is bringing something valuable to the table and can contribute significantly to the work. The benefits are great, the community is lovely. This is a wonderful place to contribute.

      Cons

      There can be overload. The company is young, a lot needs to happen, and sometimes it needs to happen right now! Managers are dedicated to work-life balance, however, and there is a lot of support for keeping normal business hours and taking breaks.
