Pros

Flexible schedule Remote work Ok benefits

Cons

Consistently low pay for coaches No job stability We were once salaried but they took that away and made us hourly so they could pay less Lousy PTO Inexperienced “supervisors” who have no idea what they are doing It’s not what your credentials are its who you know Having a masters degree earns no more than just a bachelor’s degree Inconsistent hours only communicated 5 days prior to Promise of full time work but don’t get it because they over hire every year Expect 50 hours of work to be done in 35 hours Leadership knows of the discourse among coaches but doesn’t care because they make a six figure salary No job growth possible Leadership tells coaches we are the most important part of the company but doesn’t back that up with pay Continue to expect more work for less pay Raises are a joke even with excellent performance reviews

Thank you for your feedback. We understand the importance of strong leadership and clear decision-making processes, particularly in our technical teams. While it may have been some time since you experienced Omada, we're proud to share that our leaders have a strong focus around technological and strategic roadmaps that highlight a strong delineation of responsibilities and decision-making authority, ensuring accountability and clarity. We believe strongly in our Employee Value Proposition which includes how we learn and how we connect. Our technical teams in particular experience this as they gain regular access to new technologies/training and are given the ability to engage in cross functional groups to foster better collaboration and understanding as we continue to enhance our platform. We remain committed to continuous improvement and creating an environment where every team member feels valued and heard.

Pros

This company has great benefits and as a benefited agent and you are able to work remotely which is nice. They send you a macbook to work from home with and offer monthly reimbursements for phone bill and Internet.

Cons

You get 2 weeks of PTO and 1 week of sick time as as a benefited agent. I just wish they offered the part time agents time off as well. They only get time off as a full time/ benefitted agent. If you are part time you cannot take any time off unless someone covers your shift so you cant go on any vacations.
