      Mission-driven company with great culture and amazing people!

      Pros

      I was looking for a mission-driven startup culture and Omada delivers. It is the leading digital health care company, focused on preventing type-2 diabetes, one of the largest health care issues in the country. Pros: 1) Top notch talent. We hire the best. 2) Great culture - open communications, relaxed atmosphere, dog-friendly, collaborative. 3) Proven Product - We use science married with design to deliver outcomes. 4) Outcome based pricing - We put our money where our mouth is, every day. 5) Flexible Schedules and vacations 6) Everyone is happy here! It's great. 7) Inclusive and diverse workforce - All are welcome. We focus on results.

      Cons

      Office space is tight. As we grow, we need more places for people to sit!

      Brilliant, driven people; inspiring mission

      Pros

      The room is brimming with brilliant, industrious, driven, creative people, all working toward the noblest of aims: reducing the chronic disease burden in the USA. Hands down, these are the best colleagues I've ever had. I'm stretched every day and am learning a lot.

      Cons

      Things can move quickly, so you can find yourself with a lot of leash. Great for some, bad for others.

      Poor judgment telling health coaches to rate you favorable on Glassdoor and then doll out .50 cent yearly raises to employees in excellent standing.
