Sean would normally respond to feedback shared here, but as he's on his honeymoon this week, I’m jumping in. You’re right - there have been a number of changes over the past few months, and I'm pretty sure that change will continue as we push forward to grow our business. However, it's clear from your feedback that we could do better, particularly in how we manage changes. We discussed your feedback as a leadership team yesterday and all agreed that your advice is spot on.
