Project based employment. Short term projects can lead to short term interruption in income. Be prepared for that.

Some supervisor are actually helpful.

Required to work 40 hours no matter what… Holiday week, injured or dead, you are still required to work 40 hours a week unless you’re part time. Oh and the client rules so whatever they want they get regardless of anything.
