We donot expect any appraisal hike and all ,even though maintaining quality and productivity.they didn’t raise for incentives even though we are in top performer.due to salary concern we are raising resignation means they said like we will offer you appraisal we will provide wait wait the months gone .so donot trust their words they won’t increase your salary.lots of favouritism’s between higher management and coders
