      Worst medical coding company so far in my career , Management treats employees like labor , Extract freshers to full extent, salary is too low, Even the security guards than Sr coders, Full of politics , IP- DRG is the worst - the management dont know anything about the project/process and ask the coders to code sky high targets, No emphasis on quality, No growth no future , Only degradation of own career, Daily people are ABSCONDING !! NEVER EVER SUGGEST ANYONE FOR THIS COMPANY NOR EVEN TO YOUR ENEMIES.

      Only best thing will get salary on 1st of every month.

      I have worked nearly one year in this company.I have served notice period for 2months and hve returned back all gadgets.45 days after resigning they should give final settlement.But even though it's 4 months i didn't receive my final settlement ,No proper response,No proper reply for mails and calls.After these many struggle, they are replying as We have detected ur final settlement as training fees ..I have given interview and then nly i got into this job first 3 months no salary. While joining also no one said about this and while resigning also no one said. i have never seen such a company like this.Please don't ever join this company.
