      Will place you on a contract whether it long or short term.

      Cons

      Doesn’t value employees like they claim to. So worried about quarterly nominations for awards that do nothing than giving true value and respect. World wide but one sided.

      Commitment to professional development, growth, and employee engagement. Bi-annual performance reviews, quarterly and annual reward and recognition, competitive pay and benefits. Managers commited to employees success. The company lives its values and keeps employees informed.

      Managers at times, are stretched thin.

      Pros

      They do have high standards for their coders but they are a very good company and pay by the client offer so it can very from client to client

      Cons

      If they dont have a contract for your skillset you will be benched until they do, so have a plan in place just incase but its not often this happens
