      No specialized degree is needed. Can work for passing time not as a serious career Dont know what we are doing here why we are doing in this field

      Slaves can work here for less salary. And people work here thinks like they work in google or microsoft and they dont aware what they are actually doing.

      Omega is one of the best employer in healthcare industry. Omega is very professional in terms of employees and their payments. HR panel is also very professional.

      Cons

      Omega's middle management (asst managers) is not at all professional, at least they should learn what is professionalism and how to behave with employees.
