      Good for a beginer and Fresher but limited prospects due to bad entry level team leader.

      Pros

      Its a good experience for freshers and beginer and learners to have an experience and move on.

      Cons

      Emplyeees are not allowed to carry their mobile and emergency contact is their team leader by default.But there are cirtain team leader in Omega who is nt even fit for security gaurd and never take up the call .Imagine the urgent scenario where if some eventuality happens what will happen to employee and their relatives.
