Amazing, supportive community Opportunies for networking and staff offerings Beautiful location Endless staff classes that would cost a fortune outside of here

Some of the housing options are.. really bad The pay is not great

Pros

I met interesting people working here for the season. Clients were eager to share their experiences from the classes they were attending. People were open minded and there were many staff programs available to enhance the experience, making it feel as though staff were in retreat as well. The grounds were lovely.

Cons

Pay was not very high. As a service provider I felt both the rate charged to clients and the rate paid out to providers should be higher. Tips should be automatically included.
