Pros

A great opportunity to be apart of a growing company that takes on very interesting projects. Along with that, there is great opportunity to grow within the company. The overall work culture is quickly improving and has become a positive over the last 6 months.

Cons

OmniTRAX is a very thin company, there is always plenty of work (and then some) to go around. There has been recent commitment from the senior level to help improve this.

I believe one pro would be the location. In the heart of Cherry Creek.

Cons

You must be in with a "Click" group of people. they will get rid of you if they feel you have more experience than some managers . Make mistakes and you are out, but only for some.
