I guess they don't hire REAL RAILROADERS SEEMS LIKE THEY HAVE A HIGH TURNOVER RATE HOW DO YOU FILE A COMPLAINT YOU CANT CONTACT THE BROE GROUP ANYMORE

If you are into Socialism then this is the place for you! There is no potential for advancement unless you fit into someone's 'click' within the company.

Cons

A new management team was installed 2 years ago. If you do not meet their standards, they will find a way to get rid of you and bring in their friends. Even though I preformed my duties 100%, I watched new managers come in making more money and had less experience!
