A great opportunity to be apart of a growing company that takes on very interesting projects. Along with that, there is great opportunity to grow within the company. The overall work culture is quickly improving and has become a positive over the last 6 months.

Cons

OmniTRAX is a very thin company, there is always plenty of work (and then some) to go around. There has been recent commitment from the senior level to help improve this.

Everything else sucks. Horrible culture, massive turn over, meh benefits, no team work, upper management are toxic.
