Too many. Crushing work load. Focused on stock price, everything and everyone else is secondary. CVS trying to run and staff LTC pharmacies as if they're retail. Poor management top to bottom, plays favorites worse than anywhere I've seen. Managers have no management training. Technicians being managers. Only strategy is putting out fires. Customers hate Omnicare and only with them because of corporate ties. CVS running Omnicare into the ground. Ridiculous lip service given to employee engagement, top management, culture, values and vision - these don't exist here. CVS changed pharmacists from salary to hourly then cut hours of full time pharmacists to barely full time and laid off older experienced LTC pharmacists in favor of LTC newbies. No loyalty. Cut cut cut, still get everything wrong making customer satisfaction unsustainable and ultimately impossible. Legal only when someone's watching. Company would rather do things cheap with poor staffing and pay fines when caught than build an operation that does things the right way.
