None at all, I'm afraid. Perhaps a decent place to work if you're an individual who lacks education and experience.

Cons

Lack of competent management/supervisors. Most of the technicians were terribly under-qualified to be handling sensitive medical data and complicated dosing information. For example, most technicians couldn't even pronounce the names of basic medications nor explain their clinical applications. They enjoy micromanaging all hourly employees; for example, keeping track of how long it takes you to use the restroom, get a cup of water, etc. (the legality of which remains dubious under OSHA law). Overall a soul crushing environment not befitting an individual of even moderate education.

The favorite techs act like they're in charge of everyone. It is like a mean girls club in Jr high. The shocking part is that management is part of the club! Don't work here.

Everything else especially the worst management in any job I've ever had. Dishonest, favoritism based on race usually. Lots of different types of discrimination and harassment goes on. From co-workers and management knows and does nothing. Filthy workplace, kitchen and bathrooms. One word to sum up entire company: TOXIC
