Competitive pay and benefits. Location.

Cons

Overtime - Omnicare advertises a work-life balance in their employment ads. Don't believe it. You will live at Omnicare. Management - people keep their jobs in spite of demonstrated incompetence and manage to drive out anyone who speaks out. Training - there is no training. They promise it but never follow through.

The only good thing I can say about this company is that the benefits are excellent and when other employers see this company on your resume, they constantly contact you for better job opportunities. Great place to work for the experience.

Cons

Absolutely like I never left high school. It seems as if the managers do what is best for them and not the people that they manage. They look at as this manager position entitles me to this and that, instead of doing what the manager position entitles. No room for advancement, raises, or anything else.
