Pros

The best and probably only positive about working at this company is the people. I am not talking about management but just the everyday people you work with on a daily basis. They made this job bearable and hopefully gave me friends that I will have for a very long time.

Cons

Well to start the change in management is driving the company into the ground and causing loss of respect from all employees. The company is numbers driven and does NOT care about their employees, health or families. Many years ago the company made you feel like part of a family but now the employees are just numbers on a paper and you can be replaced if you don't meet their quotas. Family or health is not a concern to this company. Heaven forbid you get sick then you must fight to get your rightful sick time and benefits. They fire people then realize they made a mistake and try to hire more people again. It is just a never ending cycle of bad decisions from management then their poor attempt to cover it up or rationalize the outcome. Computer systems are constantly crashing and management never has a answer to why a problem is never fixed. When I was hired I was told there were plenty of opportunities for advancement but I have yet to receive any of these opportunities and only those "favorites" of management will receive any benefit they consider an advance opportunity. What started off to be the perfect position led to many sleepless nights, depression, anxiety and the need to find a new job to save my sanity. Very disappointing.

DO NOT WORK HERE.

Pros

The people that I work with are as a whole amazing. Each person I've interacted with on a regular basis has shown not only the charisma, but also the eagerness to teach you something you did not know before. They are a very fun group of people and I feel bonded to many of them. Another pro is the dress code. While in the call-center I don't see why we can't wear whatever we want (within reason), we are allowed business casual attire which makes things more relaxed.

Cons

There is too much to even type here. First of all the entire place is run by a group of people who either have no idea what we do all day long, or realize what we do and just don't care. We are treated like children, constantly being blamed for things when in actually its thier own ineptitude that creates the problems we face. They reward so called "brown-nosers" and praise those who keep thier mouths shut and play thier game. Anyone who speaks thier minds is labelled trouble. Over the past year it has transitioned from a place of pride and enjoyment to work to something that I dredd every day I have to go in. Whenever they don't get what they want from us they either threaten us with a very carefully worded and cleverly disguised threatening email, or they try to dangle insignificant "prizes" in front of us like we are a trained pet doing tricks for snacks. The biggest complaint I would have is the fact that they allow people to do the same task all day long with no variation which leads to mental exhaustion and low company morale. The people who do get to have some variation through thier day via different tasks are the favorites. The department previously mentioned who is in full control of who does what on a 15-minute interval, plays favorites and instead of giving everyone a chance to break up the monotony of thier day, they play with us like puppets on a string.

Pros

The people I worked with were very friendly and willing to help each other.

Cons

The board of directors does not care about improving the infrastructure, all they are worried about is making money from the nursing homes they service. Their so called "hob and spoke" model is a real disaster.
