      The business culture is horrid

      Pros

      I really can't think of one besides the ok pay and it is just OK.

      Cons

      There is a very negative work atmosphere and it definitely drains your morale. They sold me a very different picture of what it was actually like to work there leading me to leave a much better company. There is way too much whispered gossip and a huge lack of respect for employees.

      the Pharmacists are nice and they respect their co-workers.

      Cons

      Management is terrible. Unless you are a brown nose and succeed in making friends with those people in the management team, you can expect that your hard work is not appreciated and is even often viewed negatively. I know some people try to make more money by working overtime, but fortunately, they are friends of the management team. The rest of us who work hard and don't try to make money that way are not that fortunate... Regardless of how nice they say things, you will see the truth when you actually work there... Also, no career movement at all.

      Kills your will to live. Managers don't care, higher ups are totally disconnected from work force, overworked, underpaid
