      Supervisors, managers, & hunan resources are a joke. They are very unprofessional & love to micro manage. They talk to you like you are a child & not an adult. Its the agents verses the supervisors & managers.

      Pros

      flexible schedule, great people, and pharmacist staffing is good. You're never alone. You can always fall back on other pharmacists professional judgement if you're not sure of something. You are cross between retail and hospital setting at this place. I received all my clinical experience from there.

      Cons

      I think that the compensation should be more competitive and management needs to be changed for a more efficient work place
