      Beware of inadequate and unqualified middle management

      Some coworkers are great to work with.

      Cons

      Middle management is the problem here especially the one in operations management. Not sure how this person got this job seeing as it’s not really necessary and just fluff. Maybe no one else wanted the job. This manager doesn’t do this job right and has seen countless technicians leave of this.

      1. Decent pay for entry level positions 2. Personally have fun coworkers

      1. Poor management, management is constantly making extremely illogical decisions that do nothing positive for the company 2. Constant constant layoffs 3. Since CVS purchase company has gone down the drain 4. Expect 100x the work for your pay, and expect even more work on top of that 5. Any form of efficiency is just gone, company feels like it’s in complete disarray,
