Pros

This company has a HUGE heart. Deeply committed to diversity of thought, opinion, personal identity, you name it. Leadership is never afraid to hear from employees - the good, the bad, the ugly. They genuinely care, and that's kept me with them even through the tough times.

Cons

Compensation and some perks still lag a bit behind some of the other industry players, so don't show up expecting pool tables and catered lunches. This is a scrappy outfit that likes to keep it (somewhat) lean. Frankly, that approach did help us survive the 2019-2020 meltdown...and kept me and many others employed!

Pros

Flexibility, " People-first" company mantra, great teammates, work hard/play hard mentality, organized. Everyone chips in to the get the job done.

Cons

long hours/ nights during activation but that comes with the event industry. Meeting heavy at times, but again, comes with the event biz.

Thanks for the positive feedback! We know that there can be long hours and nights worked in the event industry which is why we offer Recovery Days - a paid day off following an event to get some R + R.

Pros

From my experience working with OBE, it is an agency for people who are self driven and have the desire to truly own their growth and path within the agency and to help shape the agency. The culture at OBE is very sink or swim. Those who swim stay for a long time and those who don't or require a lot of management don't.

Cons

Long hours and staying busy year round is pretty normal at OBE. When one project ends another one begins. Client service is a top priority which often means being available whenever the client needs support, including nights and weekends.
