Pros

Department trainings and opportunity to learn from each other. Project teams that understand the overarching event goals and pitch in to see it to the finish.

Cons

Because we are spread out through 3 different offices with some staff being remote, we don't always get to see or work with one another every calendar year.

Pros

Company retreats? Happy hours? Hybrid schedule?

Cons

Would not recommend. Mass hired and then laid off almost 20 people within 6 months or so, but now is hiring back. Promises the world but is untrustworthy. Bummer!

OBE focuses on doing all we can to retain the great people who make up our team. We are a project-based business and unfortunately were impacted as some of our clients navigated difficult layoffs. We’re cautiously optimistic about the year ahead and excited to have a few open opportunities.

Fun, fast-paced, collaborative work environment. Management is always open to feedback. Great place to start/grow your career and wear many hats.

Cons

Unpredictable schedule, long hours (leading up to the events) and no overtime.
