Dealing with clients has its own unique challenges - sometimes you get awesome clients that you connect with and understand, while others seem to be more challenging to connect with Travel can be last minute If you're not an athlete or invested in sports culture can feel a bit like an odd ball

Pros

The best part of working at OBE is the culture!! The people that work there are super special, and that's hard to come by. I got to know so many incredible people and made so many friends. I came to work every day with a smile on my face because of the people I was surrounded by there. This was my first job out of college and I am so thankful that I chose OBE's offer- best decision I've ever made.

Cons

Unfortunately I was included in the COVID layoffs in March of 2020 and now I'm back in school working on another degree, otherwise I'd be there knocking on their door again trying to come back. I miss them all!

Pros

The people at OBE are really one of a kind. Compassionate, collaborative, and everyone wants to go above and beyond, deliver on time and on budget. There have been few places in my 15+ year career that I have seen a team pull together and for each other as ofter as I have seen it here.

Cons

We can sometimes get into a place where we start a project without knowing where it's going because our clients knew they wanted to do something, they just didn't know what. This can lead to truncated timelines because OBE is helping to develop the entire strategy and creative direction, leaving a little less time for execution. But as mentioned above, that's also where OBE shines. We get it done.
