-Management truly cares about the team no matter your role/seniority -Great benefits (Health Plans, 401k with match, offsites twice a year, cell phone and health and wellness stipends, generous PTO structure, and paid holiday closure) -Various opportunities for advancement and professional growth -Great company culture -Inclusive workplace

Pros

OBE is a fast, strong and vibrant company staffed with amazing people. People First is one of the core values of the company and it shows. There is room for advancement and ability for personal growth based on interest. It’s a place where you get out what you put in to it. You will work hard here, but the experience and the can-do attitude are assets you will hold onto for your entire life.

Cons

Hours can be long, but systems are in place to help against burn out. If your not ready to push yourself, this may not be the right place for you.

Pros

Leaders lead by example, work-life balance is a priority, innovating and elevating the work is a priority, along with elevating the level of the internal staff.

Cons

Being out of the office is a challenge for every company and no exception here. But OBE has done a great job to take care of their people and still elevated the work during the pandemic.
