-no task is too big or small. Everyone is ready & willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done no matter what their role or level with company is. -company always works internally to make sure employees feel seen & heard

Pros

Where to begin... everyone here has a great work ethic and love for what they do. All of the executive team encourages you to succeed in your personal career goals. And anyone is willing to lend a hand or answer a question. While there are incredibly busy weeks in this industry, OBE does great in encouraging a work-life balance and healthy lifestyle!

Cons

While no company is perfect, nothing stands out to me as a con.

Beyond what I expected

Pros

Coworkers have your best interest at heart and are more than willing to teach and praise. Pay is great, hours are long but enjoyable. The work is challenging but overly rewarding. The CULTURE is beyond what I thought any job could be- an extremely positive and fun environment. Also- there are growth opportunities within this company and they are celebrated constantly.
