Working at OBE has been a very rewarding experience overall. OBE really empowers its employees to bring their authentic selves into the workplace and I really appreciate that. I have been fortunate to work with a team of talented and experienced people that continue to challenge me every day!

Company retreats? Happy hours? Hybrid schedule?

Cons

Would not recommend. Mass hired and then laid off almost 20 people within 6 months or so, but now is hiring back. Promises the world but is untrustworthy. Bummer!

OBE focuses on doing all we can to retain the great people who make up our team. We are a project-based business and unfortunately were impacted as some of our clients navigated difficult layoffs. We’re cautiously optimistic about the year ahead and excited to have a few open opportunities.
