Pros
They allow you to work from home, for the most part. Fellow workers are kind.
Cons
Pay is not competitive, minimal raises. Think = 50cents a year. Bad communication among teams, which can create a chaotic work environment. Unclear job descriptions and requirements. Job descriptions often change in an unfavorable way for the employee. Zero pay transparency. Talking about pay is often shamed. They require what is technically a 9 hour day, with an hour unpaid lunch, with little flexibility.
