Pros

It's a chaotic place to work, but unlike other startup horror stories, On has its head and heart in the right place.

Cons

NEEDS to focus on getting a more diverse leadership team across the board. We've had a lot of time to prioritize this and progress isn't being made fast enough. Pay is not even close to competitive. Need to keep up with the times otherwise we will continue to lose great people to competitors. It's not just about salary, it's about respect.

Mountains are a train ride away.

Cons

This company sources naive and dreaming employees from out of Switzerland on purpose. They know you’ll give it all to uproot and relocate, and stay invested because of the huge commitment to live in Switzerland, hence making it hard to challenge the toxic and horrible work environment, mistreatment and disrespect of employees, and condescending attitudes. This workplace will erode your spirit, listen to your gut during their disrespectful and self centered interview/onboarding process.

Discount is nice. Company Car is a plus. Co-Workers were awesome.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations in the field. Burnout is high but the support is low. Pay is below market for similar roles. Inconsistent support from management which is often hard to get ahold of and in multiple time zones.
