Pros
-I met some really nice people there – some of them I can now call my friends -free products, employee discount, company deals -lots of opportunities to do sports together with your colleagues
Cons
-unfortunately, some people in leading positions create a toxic work environment -no diversity at all (although they always claim to be a diverse company) – sometimes had to hear racist remarks during meetings -they only want to hear positive feedback; constructive criticism is not wanted -company culture seems to be more important than the quality of the work you deliver. Employees get criticized when they don't smile often enough during meetings, wear different shoes than Ons to the office or when they prefer to eat during the lunch break instead of doing sports -absolutely irresponsible when it comes to COVID – employees were told they should come to the office even when there were suspected cases of COVID. People who told team leads that they did not feel comfortable coming to the office under such circumstances were labeled as being not motivated enough
