Each employee is driven and inspired to contribute and make a difference to the business. Very customer focused, on everything we do day-to-day. Management is very transparent and everyone is able to participate in the decision making process. Everybody strives to improve continuously and come up with innovative ideas. Technology focused and excellent leadership. Open and collaborative work culture.

* You will always be busy and always have something new on your plate! * You will be praised and rewarded for your hard work and innovation * You will feel like part of the big picture * Everyone, including the CEO, VPs, etc, will know your name and be excited that you are at OnDeck * Our product actually sells... what small business doesn't want money?

Cons

* You will be very busy and you will be given more responsibility and opportunity than you have ever given before--- I guess that is a pro but it might be overwhelming for some. * Lunch in the area is expensive :( * If you forget your badge, the security downstairs can take forever
