Great culture, where you can be yourself, where all those including the SLT are easily assessable. The work you do makes a difference to the overall bottom line. i.e. When you are not at work, your absence is truly felt!

Collaborative culture, lots of access to senior management, opinions and thoughts are valued. you are also completely disrupting an industry, which is incredible.

Cons

Its a challenging work environment - establishing systems and processes are never easy. The bar is always being raised for both yourself, your team and the company.
