Business Outlook
Pros
Flexible hours, allows for a great work/life balance, good benefits for a start-up, office is easy to commute from anywhere in the tri-state area, game room, weekly in-office happy hours, strong management team is easily approachable
Cons
While the flagship office as a whole is fantastic, the workstations are on the smaller side. This is understandable as the company is growing rapidly and maximing the employee/sq. ft ratio. However, it's the same across the board as the CEO has the same size desk as everyone else.
