Pros

The location is good, besides parking. There are some really great people who have passed through that were very willing to teach and share. There's lots of work and not a lot of people, so you will not get bored.

Cons

Recognition and promotion only come from the buddy system. If you're 'in' you're a made person, if you're not you will be stuck. Management is not interested in helping you learn or advance yourself, only in getting out as much work as possible, regardless of how mediocre it is. Many of the projects seem half-baked and disjointed so it's hard to see a big picture.
