Good product, needs work but, research lab is valuable. Pays well

No GTM direction, no input from sales Pressure to bring on new customers however, losing existing customers due to lack of care. Lack of strong partner program Competition caught up

Pros

When I first started a couple of years ago, it was a challenging time. Brand new product with significant price increase when compared to legacy products, brand new market, very slow product adoption. Truthfully, I was a bit skeptical about how successfully we'd be as a company at the time. Fast forward to today, out of the many startups I've worked for in the past, I've never been more excited than I am with where we are headed this year at Onapsis and beyond. We've added new solutions to what is now an amazing product that customers love and we're growing like crazy! But probably the biggest reason I decided to stay is because of our CEO, Mariano Nunez. I can talk forever about Mariano but I'll just say this to keep it short, there's no other CEO on the planet that I'd rather work for than him.

Cons

Benefits are lacking a bit i.e. very weak Dental plan, no 401K match.
