Pros

Bonus structure can be very rewarding. Good base salary.

Cons

Absolutely no accountability from management. No follow-through from management. Only a few good inside sales reps that actually do anything to help the sales process. Efforts on the company mainly spent on upper echelon while those that want to get there are left constantly wanting more. No advancement opportunity.

Decent pay in comparison to retail. Good paid time off system though it does take time to build up. No weekends or holidays

Extreme disorganization No accountability Very little room for advancement Sales is the number 1 concern, patient well being is a low priority Incompetent supervisors who cannot take action

The people that work hard are truly amazing, intelligent people that care

You don’t get ahead unless you’re friends with the boss, leadership is not diverse, departments are silos, management is rigid and stuck in the past. Hard work is not respected or rewarded. Layers of unnecessary, unqualified management and hoops. NOTICE the dates of the positive reviews. The company asked for the positive reviews from employees to offset the bad. Don’t be fooled
